ENO pop-up performance and workshop

On 2 February, English National Opera (ENO) singers covering the roles of Nanki-Poo and Yum-Yum in The Mikado visited The Passage as part of Streetwise Opera's workshop programme. This was the first pop-up performance by ENO as part of the company's artistic partnership with Streetwise OperaThe Mikado extracts were performed by Natalie Montakhab and David Webb as part of an interactive workshop during lunch at the centre. The singers also joined in with Streetwise Opera's afternoon workshop, which is currently running on Tuesdays, 1:30-3:30pm at The Passage.

David Webb said (on Instagram): "Just spent an incredible afternoon performing... The power of music and its influence on a person or situation will never cease to amaze me."
