Meet Alex Patterson, Streetwise Opera Composer in Residence for Nottingham (2016-17). Alex is working with Streetwise Opera’s performers to create a new 3-5 minute chorus inspired by Britten's canticle, ‘The death of St. Narcissus’. His new composition will also be performed at a Nottingham Opera Hour in spring 2017.

Footage taken at a training day with Streetwise's composers, workshop leaders and London performers. Background music is of Streetwise performers singing Die Walküre.
