Meet the performer

'I've been coming to Streetwise for four years and my favourite opera we’ve worked on is Madame Butterfly.

'I come to the workshops to meet new people and build up my confidence. I'd describe Streetwise as exciting, enjoyable and sometimes a bit exasperating!

'If I could be any character from an opera I'd be Figaro - he knows how to have fun.

'If you're thinking about coming to the group I'd say just give it a go and see how you feel.'
